I enjoy using all the products in the bundle. I am starting out slow and eating clean, exercising and learning from the Dr. Livingood books and products. I bought the vanilla collagen, omegas+turmeric and vitamin D+ immune complex as a bundle to save a bit. I buy them monthly anyway. I use the collagen in coffee or a smoothie daily, the chocolate is my favorite. The omegas do help with pain in joints. My husband is about to get a torn meniscus scoped and he was taking 4 pills per day instead of nsaids and he said it was helping cut the pain down. I take the vitamin D daily during winter mostly, when I get less sunshine on my skin. These are all great products that your body can absorb and use easily, not full of fillers that waste your money.
