PROMOTION PERIOD:

The “Sweepstakes,” titled the “6-Month Supply of Livingood Daily Coffee Giveaway,” begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on March 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 19, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, U.S. Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees; board members; advisory committee members; directors; officers; agents of Livingood Daily (the “Sponsor”); their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies; any other suppliers to the Sponsor; as well as immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) or any individuals residing in the same household are ineligible.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER:

There are two ways to enter:

will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each unit of Livingood Daily Coffee purchased after initial registration.

Any subscription purchase of Livingood Daily Coffee will result in three (3) times as many entries per unit purchased. There is no limit to the number of entries received with purchases.

DRAWING:

The winner will be selected through an automated, impartial process after the close of the Promotion Period.

The winner will be announced live on the Livingood Daily show at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on March 20, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE:

Grand Prize: 6 Individual Bags of Livingood Daily Coffee
Approximate Retail Value: $167.70

No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES:

The potential Winner will be notified by email following the live announcement on or about March 20, 2026. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, or declines the prize, an alternate Winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the Winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By accepting a prize, the Winner agrees to hold the Sponsor and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES, INDEMNITY:

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
2. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual third party out of pocket costs incurred, if any, not to exceed five dollars (US $5.00). Attorneys’ fees will not be awarded.
3. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or any damages other than actual out of pocket expenses not to exceed five dollars (US $5.00).
4. Entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of the above may not apply.

INTERNET:

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, inability to access websites, or damage to a user’s computer system resulting from participation.

If the Sponsor determines there has been tampering or technical difficulties compromising the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to void affected entries or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a drawing using all eligible entries received prior to termination.

Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. Automated or third party entries will be disqualified.
