I take the cholesterol support every night at bedtime. I was at a doctor appointment on the 4th of September and she read to me my cholesterol numbers and they're all very good. I hope to be off of the two cholesterol medications that I take in the near future with my doctor's consent of course. I I take the Omega turmeric in the morning and in the evening. The double dose acts as an analgesic so I no longer have to take Tylenol or any other NSAIDs for pain relief.
