    Any time I feel like a cold is coming on, sore throat runny or stuffy nose I use DLG vitamin C with quercetin and all symptoms go away! I usually use it for 2-3 days. Sometimes I take it for a couple days if I feel a little run down. It works great!

Those darker specks are definitely normal because the vitamin C is made from real fruit. Therefore just like a banana turning brown, it starts to oxidize over time.
The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
