    Impressed with the Outcome

    I tried OTC sleep aids, even a prescription. With both I was sleepy all day and still not sleeping at night. I started taking sleep support and I have been sleeping straight thru the night. Also, no sleepiness during the day

Livingood Daily Sleep Support is not habit forming. It is going to support your body's natural sleep hormones to help you feel well rested because the ingredients are derived from natural sources such as herbs, vitamins, and minerals.
The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
