These omegas have been a daily part of my life for 5 years now. I take 2 a day for heart health and inflammation and I take 4 at a time for headaches or joint pain as needed. I love this supplement!

After experiencing some joint pain and hip pain, I changed my daily supplement regime to Livingood products. This supplement has improved my joint pain to the point of non existence. Highly recommend this!
